My favorite Green Lantern, Kyle Rayner. Again. For the umpteenth time. And certainly not the last time. This started out as just a quick sketch but it didn’t really turn out as well as I had wanted it too. So I slapped some color on it and it became marginally better. The costume is of my own design; click the [link] for the original reference sheet.I browsed tutorials for Prismacolor pencils forever ago and decided to use a technique found in this one [link] by ~fog-mire. Coloring lightly in little oval shapes worked out pretty good in comparison to my old method of scribbling as hard as humanly possible. I painted the background in Corel Painter Essentials. One day, when I’m rich, I might even buy the full version.Kyle Rayner/Green Lantern copyright DC Comics
